Train Your Dog Month

Golden Retriever wearing NewTrix Dog Halter playing with a tennis ball.As the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) recently pointed out, “Hundreds of thousands of dogs have been turned in to animal shelters because their owners didn’t know how to deal with behavior problems and couldn’t find a reliable resource to help them.”

This is a sad fact that we believe is completely avoidable. Training is the answer. The APDT has designated January as Train Your Dog Month and here at NewTrix we jumped at the chance to offer our support.

Dog owners can enter the photo and video contests and win, among other prizes, a NewTrix Dog Halter. Trainers too can enter but they are additionally invited to participate in two promotion contests. Trainers will win a set of NewTrix to use on dogs of varying size.

Trainers have discovered that the NewTrix Dog Halter decreases dog arousal, and reduces frustration and acclimation time thereby jump starting behavior modification programs.

We are very proud to support the APDT and the Train Your Dog Month campaign!
